About the Firm

At Moshe Binyamini Law Firm & Notarywe understand that buying property in Israel is more than just a transaction.

For many of our clients, especially those living abroad, it’s a process filled with uncertainty:
Different systems. Different language. Different expectations.
And often, no one on the ground they truly feel they can rely on.

That’s where we come in.

We don’t just “handle the legal work.”
We stay closely involved in every stage of the process. from the first questions, through negotiations, and all the way to closing and beyond.

We pay attention to the details that are easy to miss.
We raise issues before they become problems.
And we follow up, consistently, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Because for us, it’s not just about getting the deal done.
It’s about making sure you feel confident every step of the way.

Experience & Approach

The firm advises Israeli and international clients – private individuals, investors, and companies, in a wide range of real estate transactions across Israel.

Our work combines legal analysis with a practical, business-oriented perspective.
Every transaction is examined not only from a legal standpoint, but also with a focus on the bigger picture: risks, timing, and long-term implications.
